General public: Standard cancellation fees apply up to 24hrs before your departure date and time. If your booking is less than 24 hrs from now, please call us at 1-800-492-8082 to reschedule and avoid a No Show Fee, late cancellation via this method will result in forfeiture of funds paid and inability to re-use your ticket a later date.
Commuters: Up to the time of departure, cancelling a booking paid with a commuter ticket book will have the ticket returned to the commuter book used.
