Cancelling up to 24hrs before your departure: Tickets are refundable less cancellation fees, proceeding will refund your tickets in approximately 5-10 business days.
Cancelling less than 24hrs prior to departure: Proceeding and cancelling a booking less than 24 hours prior to departure via this method will result in forfeiture of funds paid and inability to re-use your ticket at a later date. Instead, you may place your tickets on hold for later use by calling us at: 1-800-492-8082.
Commuters:
Up to the time of departure, cancelling a booking paid with a commuter ticket book will have the e-ticket returned to the original ticket book and be available for future use.
